Note on Delivery Options.

Some delivery addresses fall into our courier’s high-risk zones, which carry an additional R70 charge.

To give you more flexibility, we now offer PAXI as an alternative:

  • Courier: Fastest delivery, R70 surcharge for high-risk areas
  • PAXI: More affordable, 7–9 working days for delivery to a PAXI point near you

Please note:

  • Standard delivery takes 5–7 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Products purchased during a sale may take approximately +7 days to deliver due to high sales volume.


You can select your preferred delivery option at checkout.


ORDER TRACKING

You will receive your tracking number once your order has been packed and picked up by our courier. Kindly give our courier company a few hours to pick up your order before using your tracking number.

MY SHIPPING ADDRESS IS WRONG

If you have made a mistake on your order, you may be able to update your details, provided this has not already been picked and packed. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can make the changes.

If you are planning on moving, please alert us. 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • You'll receive an order confirmation email after purchase. 
  • Please be aware that we are not responsible for information which has been entered incorrectly at checkout. If you have incorrectly entered your address, contact details or email address and not contacted us to change this before the item is shipped, there will be an additional waiting period.
  • Should there be any duty to pay on your package, this is the customer’s responsibility
